We accommodate up to 12 people in 4 suites, 2 of which are on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. The distribution of beds is as detailed below:
Suite 1: Superior with double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom. (2 people)
Suite 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom. (2 people)
Suite 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom (2 people)
Suite 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom (2 people)
Note: 2 extra single mattresses to adapt to any of the suites. ( 2 people)
In the kitchen, we have:
Crockery, cutlery, pans, 5-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, roasting pan, microwave oven and water purifier.
On the balcony:
We have tables and chairs, private mobile barbecue with accessories.
**RULES: It is prohibited to hang clothes on the house's balconies (glass guardrails), the house has a laundry room on the ground floor with lines for hanging wet clothes and it is prohibited to bring pets. The penalties applied for non-compliance are provided for and detailed in the rules of this announcement.**
This house provides comfort and well-being for those who stay. It offers everything we need in running a home and beyond. The location is on the left corner of Geribá, 700m from the beach, and also very close to Ferradurinha beach. Those who stay have easy access to two beautiful and coveted beaches in Balneário.
The guest has access to the entire house, it is a unit with a private entrance;
