House in Gated Community in Juquehy:The condo is new with 3 years. There are only twelve houses and the condominium does not have a collective pool. Each house has its own private backyard with a 2 meter by 2 meter and 70cm deep spa, pergola and barbecue.
The location is great, close to everything and 200 meters from the beach promenade. You can do everything on foot because it is close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The house has 4 suites, all with air conditioning.
3 suites are on the top floor being 1 suite with one double bed and one single bed. The other suite has a double bed and an extra (good for child) and the other suite has two single beds.
The 3 top floor suites have a terrace.
On the ground floor there is a suite with 2 single beds.
The beds are box type and the single beds can be joined by a queen size bed.
This accommodates 10 people.
The tv antenna is from Sky, the water heating is central with boiler and hot water in the showers and washbasins.
In the kitchen has microwave, 2 duplex refrigerators, blender and crockery complete for 12 people.
In the sub floor we have 3 parking spaces covered for each house,
We can indicate a maid to attend during the stay.
The condo has an employee who leads and back 10 beach chairs and 2 umbrella umbrellas round.
